Requirement:
1. University of polymer science, chemistry or mechanical background.
2. More than 5 years in foreign invested manufacturing company
strong experience in plastic injection moulding is mandatory.
3. Ideally at least 3 years in automotive industrial experience.
4. Several years previous experience as Production Supervisor with high responsibilities or Production Manager.
5. Good ability of organization and decision making
6. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese, and good use of computer
7. Good purchasing - logistic and supplier management skill
8. Leadership and team building approach
Job description:
The main missions of the role are：Take responsibility and an active role in the plant operation:
1. Lead the delivery performance (cost and quality) and manage production performance: know team problems, establish areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork,lead problem solving groups, lead workshops on quality improvement methods.
2. Ensure staffing, induction, training and management employees of production - logistic & plant purchasing.
3. Ensuring production to meet customers' needs in real-time and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Optimise plant lay-out and equipment usage.
5. Ensure manufacturing readiness and launches at plant level
manage the logistic flow and implementation of new logistic processes.
