JOB SUMMARY工作综述:
Manages projects for new machining programs in conjunction with plant resources. Manages machining process maintenance and continues improvement .Develops Wescast Operating System in combination with Customer specific requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS任职要求:
？ Mechanical Engineering Degree.
？ Above 5 years of machining process experience or machining project management experience in a similar environment.
？ Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.
？ Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning &Toleracing and mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
？ Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
？ Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.
？ Good skills in machining processes and parameters.
？ Start-up and new product launch experience is essential.
